Key Responsibilities
Central Reservation & Call Center Management

Oversee reservation operations across all salon branches

Reduce no-show rates and maximize show rate performance

Manage CRM systems and ensure effective lead follow-up
In-Salon Sales Excellence

Lead sales concierge teams in each branch location

Requirements
Essential:
-
Minimum 5 years in senior sales or revenue management roles (beauty, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred)

Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people across multiple locations

Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology platforms

Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities

Exceptional negotiation and contract closing skills

Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
