Key Responsibilities

Central Reservation & Call Center Management

  • Oversee reservation operations across all salon branches
  • Reduce no-show rates and maximize show rate performance
  • Optimize conversion rates (target: 20-40%)
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure effective lead follow-up

In-Salon Sales Excellence

  • Lead sales concierge teams in each branch location
  • Drive upselling of services and package sales
  • Maximize retail product sales
  • Grow VIP membership base
  • Increase average transaction value

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Negotiate and secure partnerships with hotels, clubs, and luxury venues
  • Develop collaborations with commercial and corporate centers
  • Drive B2B lead generation initiatives
  • Manage and optimize promoter team performance

CRM & Customer Loyalty

  • Design and implement customer retention programs
  • Manage VIP membership experience and growth
  • Increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
  • Oversee Google Reviews management and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement

Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop monthly and seasonal sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities

Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years in senior sales or revenue management roles (beauty, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred)
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people across multiple locations
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology platforms
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract closing skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Preferred:

  • Direct experience in salon, spa, or beauty industry
  • Familiarity with Fresha, Zenoti, or similar salon management systems
  • Established network within Dubai's luxury and hospitality sectors
  • B2B sales and corporate accounts experience
  • Track record of scaling revenue operations
