SGL CARBON Far East Ltd. Shanghai is a company solely funded by SGL Carbon in Shanghai Comprehensive Industrial Development Zone. The company, established in April 2003, provides high-quality graphite materials, products and composites to semiconductor industry, automotive and mechanical industry, high-temperature industry, other industrial applications such as mold making and non-ferrous metal. The special graphite products of SGL Carbon include isostatic graphite, extruded and vibrated graphite (including high purity-graphite with ash content below 5ppm), C/C composite materials, flexible graphite foil and graphite felt.

Key Accountabilities 
主要职责
1.Close and independent interaction with Marketing & Sales and feedstock production site, such as facilitating monthly demand reviews and consensus meetings with regards to material demand and availability.

2.Finalize material purchase plan and monitor the delivery schedule of material.

3.Ensure every change is timely maintained and reflected in forecast.

4.Keep regular communication with FFS production sites to understand very well capacity and loading in plant. 
与材料生产工厂保持定期沟通，以充分了解工厂的产能和实际产量。
5.Conduct forecasting analysis, ensuring forecasting processes and methods are followed. 
对销售预算做分析，确保遵循预算流程和方法。
6.Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market Trends.

7.Confirm and update monthly material demand with sales department and monitor material consumption. Adjust purchase plan according to real consumption and market demand.

8.Involve in OMP session to make annual rough demand planning. 
参与OMP会议，制定年度需求计划。
9.Opportunity check with sales to ensure suitable and sufficient material is planned to support business growth.

10.Ensure the optimal material supply such as improve the turnover rate of feedstock and minimize the material shortage.

11.Slow moving items management.
呆滞库存的管理。
12.Maintain planned lead times, safety stocks, delivery times for all FFS items.
维护所有材料的生产周期、安全库存和交货时间。
13.Monitor supplier capacity to reduce spikes in demand and ensure smooth flow of incoming materials.
监控供应商的能力，以减少需求高峰并确保来料的顺畅流动。
14.Leading improvement in demand planning by generating new processes or solutions.
生成新的流程或解决方案来引领需求规划的改进。
15.Standardize the work activities by procedure: demand planning/ ordering process, complaint to feedstock production site etc.

16.Establishes, monitors and reports appropriate demand planning metrics such as demand planning accuracy and material availability.
建立、监控和报告适当的需求计划指标，例如需求计划的准确性和材料可用性。
17.Collaborates with Product Management and Supply Planning to properly plan for new items and items to be transitioned or discontinued.

Skills:
技能要求：
1. Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in business related or technical major.
本科学历，商业相关或技术专业（硕士优先）。
2.At least 4 years of working experience in related position in manufacturing company.
至少4年以上制造公司相关岗位工作经验。
3.Familiar with manufacturing process, good at planning acknowledge and skills.
熟悉制造工艺，具有很好的计划常识和技能。
4.Have Supply Chain Management experience and concept.
有供应链管理经验和理念。
5.Familiar with MS Windows & MS Office software, SAP skill is preferred.

6.Good communication and inter-personal skills, Cross-cultural background is preferred.

7.Have a good command of listening, spoken and written English.
