CHT Acacia Park seeks a Clinical Coordinator to model clinical excellence, lead compassionate care, and drive service delivery. You will coach the healthcare team, lead Careerforce assessments, support performance capability, and assist with audit prep while communicating with residents and families. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical leadership, team development, a continuous improvement mindset, and solid knowledge of quality management systems, plus excellent planning and reporting and a current NZ APC eligible to work in NZ. What you will be doing:
• Be a role model by maintaining clinical competence, leadership and service delivery
• Provide coaching and training opportunities formally and informally to the healthcare team
• Lead Careerforce assessments for the Carehome
• Conduct and support Healthcare Assistance performance capability
• Assist with audit preparation
• Communicate with residents and their families/whanau to enhance resident care

What we are looking for:
• Strong clinical, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy leading and developing great teams
• Have a continuous improvement mindset
• A good understanding of quality management systems
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• A valid work visa or be a NZ resident/citizen
• A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Concise reporting skills and computer literacy
