Located in the heart of West Auckland, CHT Carnarvon is a welcoming 60-bed care home with a strong sense of community, conveniently close to public transport, local shops, and beautiful green spaces.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and is available to work across different shifts, including weekends. If you hold a current NZ Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and a valid New Zealand work visa, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, resident-centred care. Every day you will:
• Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments
• Plan, deliver and delegate high-quality nursing care
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor health changes
• Review and adjust care plans for safety and effectiveness
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, whānau, and allied health professionals
• Support, mentor, and guide our care team
Your work will directly enhance the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents.
What We’re Looking For
• A current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate
• Genuine compassion and a passion for caring for older people
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• Confidence in leading and supporting care staff
