Egis Group is seeking graduates for its Wellington Civil Engineer Graduate Program in Water, starting February 2027. This two-year program blends hands on experience with peer mentorship, development and continuous learning as you collaborate with teams to plan, design and deliver water projects. Key duties include collaboration, project support, documentation, quality assurance and data analysis. The ideal candidate holds a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree with a strong interest in water, excellent communication and problem solving, and the right to live and work in New Zealand.
