Job Description

  • Prepare the complete BOQs for Civil & structural works for EPC Projects in the field of Oil & Gas
  • Exposure with estimation for Civil & Structural Construction
  • Compiles and maintains all supporting documents and backups for the executed works and the measurement thereof including signed NRI, QS sheets, progress records etc.
  • Liaises with the Engineer’s and Employer’s quantity surveyors in verifying measured quantities and processing payments.
  • Prepares the Contract Final Measures together with application for Payment at Completion in accordance with contract provisions ensuring that all executed works have been measured, verified and claimed.
  • Verifies subcontract measurements and payment applications.
  • Liaises with all project sections in quantity measurement, recording and reporting matters.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

  • Min. 5- 10 years' experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel 
  • With experience working in Oil & Gas, ADNOC experience is advantage 
  • With experience working in Pipeline Project
