Strong analytical, communication and empathy skills, plus a solid grasp of injuries and treatment, are essential. Ideal background includes policy IP/TPD claims or workers’ compensation with allied health and proven stakeholder management. As a Claims Consultant within our Group space for our Group Multi fund, you will manage life insurance claims from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
The Group Multi portfolio is considered one of the most complex due to the age and variability of policy terms. As such, this role requires careful interpretation of legacy policy terms and multiple layers of policy changes to accurately determine member entitlement.
