Green by Nature in Wanaka is seeking a full-time Cleaner to join a facilities management team delivering parks maintenance in NZ and Australia. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will handle rubbish collection, cleaning of public amenities including BBQs, bus stops and bathrooms, with rostered shifts. The ideal candidate has a full clean driver’s license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle, enjoys outdoor physical work, and brings strong safety awareness, a solid work ethic and teamwork. Prior experience is preferred but not essential. As part of our commitment to upkeeping the Wanaka, we are looking for a Cleaner to join our team on a full time basis!

What does a Cleaner do, you ask? 

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for various duties including, but not limited to, rubbish collection and disposal, cleaning of public amenities such as barbeques and bus stops, and general maintenance and cleaning of public bathrooms. This is a permanent position with rostered shifts over the week.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A full, clean driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
• The desire to work in an outdoor, physical role - a good level of fitness is required! 
• A high health and safety awareness with a commitment to adhering to our company policies and procedures
• An awesome work ethic, self-motivation and be able to work well within a team 
• Previous experience in a similar role/environment is preferred but not essential
