Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cleaning services across 57 Early Learning Centres across Queensland Metro/East region, ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications
• Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain cleanliness standards and identify improvements
• Achieve KPIs related to service delivery, cleanliness, and budget targets
• Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and stakeholders
• Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S
• Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience
• Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) – of benefit but not essential.
• Strong customer service and team management skills
• Problem-solving, analytical, and project management expertise
• Full driver’s licence (essential)
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Blue Card
