Essential: cleaning or facilities management experience, mould remediation knowledge, ability to work independently, good organisation and communication, a full UK driving licence, and experience using mobile recording. Role Overview:
To undertake the cleaning, clearance, sanitisation, and mould remediation of vacant residential and occupied properties, ensuring homes are returned to a safe, hygienic, and lettable standard. The role involves carrying out specialist mould treatment, deep cleaning, waste removal, and minor property preparation works in accordance with company procedures, health and safety legislation, and customer service standards.

Working Conditions
