Koninklijke BAM Groep's BAM FM seeks a Cleaning Operative to join a school team at Tudor Grange Academy Redditch, 15 hours weekly from 15:20 to 18:20, Monday to Friday, 42 weeks a year, at £12.21 per hour. Duties include cleaning to the specification, floors, toilets, waste disposal, refilling consumables, reporting faults, locking doors, and switching off lights while upholding health and safety and COSHH. BAM FM are recruiting cleaners to be based out of Tudor Grange Academy in Redditch. Working 15 hours per week 15.20pm - 18.20pm Monday - Friday, and working 42 weeks per year.

Pay: £12.21 Per Hour.

Making Possible

• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.

Your team

You will be working with a team of cleaners in a scholl environment.
