Koninklijke BAM Groep is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our FM team at Bedminster Downs School in Bristol, working 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.00am to 8.30am, at £12.85 per hour. Duties include cleaning to the site specification, floors and walls, toilets and changing rooms, waste disposal and bin maintenance, replenishing consumables, reporting faults, locking up, and ensuring lights, safety policies and COSHH procedures are followed. Experience is welcome but not essential; reliability, a proactive attitude and attention to detail matter. BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our FM segment and to be based out of Bedminster Downs School in Bristol.
Working 12.5 Hours per week.
Monday - Friday - 6.00am - 8.30am.
Pay: £12.85 per Hour.

Making Possible
• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
