Archirodon Group N.V. is hiring an onsite Clerk in Abu Dhabi to provide general administrative support to the project team, manage letters and filing, prepare daily and monthly reports, coordinate site office supplies, arrange meetings and record minutes, and assist QA/QC, HSE and Engineering with documentation. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 2 to 5 years of admin or clerical experience, strong MS Office skills and Power BI, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, multicultural EPC project environment. Autocad experience is an advantage. Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.
Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.
