Coles Local Corinda is seeking a Click&Collect Manager to lead the online department, report to the Store Manager and own order picking, packing. You’ll coach and develop your team, balance sales targets with rostering and cost control, and ensure Coles’ standards for visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management are met while staying customer obsessed and understanding our diverse communities. The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.
