Mashreq is hiring a Client Account Manager for Global Transaction Banking in the UAE, a full-time onsite role to serve key cash management clients as dedicated manager. You will protect existing business, drive cross-sell and upsell, grow liabilities and fees through superior service, and raise products per client while collaborating with UAE and IBG teams to minimize leakages and optimize balances. Partner with product delivery to ensure a strong client experience and run quarterly reviews for top clients. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cash management or related sales in the Middle East, UAE experience, strong interpersonal and sales skills, and a degree. Job Purpose
- To support key cash management clients (Revenue and Strategic) as a dedicated account manager on all cash management related matters
Key Results Areas
- Responsible for managing & protecting existing cash management business from the top strategic clients.
- Improve cash management penetration by converting opportunities of cross sell & upsell with these key clients.
- Support in growing the liabilities and fees for the bank through superior service support for all types of solutions.
- Increase number of products per client by working the sales managers within UAE and potentially look at IBG countries
- Identify leakages in the portfolio and propose appropriate action to ensure attrition in minimized through monitoring and tracking transactional activity of clients to assure high utilization of products and optimization of balances
- Work closely with product / solution delivery team to assure proper client service and be responsible for overall Client Experience.
- Become an expert matter on client’s internal processes to better understand needs and to structure solutions to build a long-term client base in Cash Management.
- Conduct Quarterly Client Account Review for Top Revenue Clients.
- Support all the calling programs for awards, research, and other areas related to the branding of the bank.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Incumbent should have prior direct/indirect cash management experience in a similar position in the Middle East, preferable in UAE.
- Strong interpersonal skills is must
- University degree with at least 5+ years in a product/sales management or related area within cash management and banking
- Sales oriented personality with strong ability to understand client needs and to position bank offerings
- Business and revenue-oriented skills
- Team collaboration building skills
