Persian Horizon is hiring a  Client Acquisition Executive  to identify, engage, and onboard new clients across our  investment and business acquisition services .

This role is focused on  winning new clients , opening relationships, and converting qualified prospects into active clients. It is a front-line commercial role with clear targets and performance ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively acquire new clients through:
  • Direct outreach
  • Referrals and introducers
  • Professional and business networks
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and fit
  • Present Persian Horizon’s investment and acquisition services clearly
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the onboarding process
  • Work closely with internal teams:
  • Sales & Investment
  • Analysts & Deal teams
  • Contracts & Onboarding
  • Maintain a clean acquisition pipeline and accurate CRM updates

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in  client acquisition, sales, or business development
  • Comfortable with outbound activity and first-contact conversations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior clients and investors
  • Fluent English (Arabic, Persian, or Russian is a plus)

What This Role Is Not

  • Not an account management or support role
  • Not a passive inbound-only position
  • Not suitable for junior profiles without acquisition experience
