JOB PURPOSE

The team at Burberry is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor to join us at Selfridges Trafford Centre, Manchester. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised and elevated experience that supports commercial success. You will bring the Burberry brand to life through your passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and client engagement. As a trusted expert, you will guide styling and purchasing decisions while contributing to a collaborative store environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a personalised, luxury client experience that reflects Burberry’s brand excellence and drives sales performance.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse client base, including Mandarin-speaking clientele.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide tailored styling advice across categories.
  • Actively contribute to store targets through clientelling, outreach, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the wider store team to maintain an inviting and high-performing retail environment.
  • Uphold brand standards in visual presentation, service delivery, and operational processes.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English to engage confidently with a global client base.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a customer-focused environment.
