This administration-focused role is responsible for managing and processing information and documentation and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Hours

Full-time permanent, 42.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday mornings 7am–12pm as required.

The Role

You'll be the key point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring they receive accurate information and consistent service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing allocated client accounts and delivering information in agreed formats and timeframes
  • Producing daily client reports and investigating anomalies affecting KPIs and stock turnaround
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication via phone and RT
  • Coordinating depot activity to support smooth container flow and keep clients updated
