ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our Client Servicing Team – MENA, who will be responsible for using digital to amplify campaigns, who can partner with their clients, work on unlocking briefs and ultimately ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Coordinate with client for timely closure of billing numbers and payments

  2. Responsible for coordinating with Clients for campaign requirements through phone & Email. 

  3. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid to senior level relationships. 

  4. Manage timely campaign reports to be shared with clients.

  5. Resolving Client issues and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns

Requirements

  • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
    • 2.0 Years of relevant Experience in the field on Client Servicing.
    • Educational Qualification Post Graduation in Marketing / Advertisement.
    • Hands on experience in Client Servicing in Digital Advertising industry. 
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
