TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for Beauty within Global Business Solutions for MENA, a full‑time onsite role in Dubai. You will nurture post‑sale client relationships, partner with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Measurement, Engineering and Creative to set up, optimize and scale campaigns, translate data into insights, and drive upsells, renewals and reactivations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, lead end‑to‑end campaign management, troubleshoot issues with Product and Engineering, and inform product strategy from market feedback. The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client’s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Measurement, Engineering, Creative) to ensure smooth campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and client outcomes.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign-related issues in a timely manner.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis, translating data into actionable insights for clients.
- Use campaign insights and marketplace feedback to inform product improvements and guide overall advertising strategy.
- Support the Sales team on pre-sale research, insights, nd pitch development to drive strong solutions narratives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative, long-term approach to building productive, growth-oriented client relationships.
