About the role:
The Client Solutions Manager - Apps is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products for app-first clients in various industries in the GCC (e.g., FinTech, travel, utilities, etc.). The Client Solutions Manager proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage. The roles & responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow post-sales relationships with app-first advertisers across industries (e.g., FinTech, travel, utilities, hail riding, etc.), with a focus on driving measurable user acquisition and retention outcomes.
- Partner with Business Partnership Managers in pre-sales by providing technical expertise on SKAN, MMP integrations, attribution modeling, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Develop, launch, and continuously optimize performance-driven strategies to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), improve conversion rates (CVR), and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
- Maximize adoption of TikTok’s performance advertising solutions while ensuring proper measurement setup.
- Translate complex campaign data into actionable insights; run deep performance analyses to surface trends, build benchmarks, and publish case studies.
- Lead performance business reviews, consulting clients on optimization opportunities and product adoption strategies to scale their growth on TikTok.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Measurement, Product, Creative, and Ad Ops teams to ensure seamless technical setup, creative testing, and accurate performance reporting.
- Champion TikTok’s app advertising solutions internally and externally, sharing learnings and best practices to raise the team’s and market’s overall performance capability.
- Educate clients on TikTok’s evolving performance stack, including measurement solutions, conversion APIs, and SKAN readiness, while collecting feedback to influence product development.
