You will manage front‑of‑house enquiries, bookings and payments, keep records, and oversee Wellness Clinic operations including rostering, stock control and banking, while guiding students through workflows and delivering professional customer service. The Clinic and Campus Administrator is a highly visible, front-facing role and serves as the first point of contact for students, staff and clinic clients. This position supports a broad range of campus and clinic operations, with focus areas that may evolve in response to business priorities and the needs of the student experience. Reporting to the Clinic & Campus Manager and wider team, the role helps maintain an organised, welcoming and efficient environment across both the Wellness Clinic and campus facilities.
