Optimapharm is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II/III in Germany to join its growing CRO, with remote work and a preference for northern Germany. This role follows a defined CRA career path from I to II to III to Senior CRA and involves independent site visits, data review, CAPA, budget negotiations and EC submissions, while ensuring ICH GCP compliance and regulatory understanding. Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree, 2–3 years of independent monitoring in CRO or pharma, fluent German and English, strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and a valid driver’s license.
