AstraZeneca is expanding its Clinical Research Associate team in New South Wales, Australia, with multiple full time onsite roles starting in March to April 2026. You’ll own site activation and performance, apply risk based monitoring, safeguard patient safety and data integrity, and partner with investigators to drive inspection readiness and timely trial delivery. Essentials: bachelor’s in life sciences or related field, solid drug development knowledge, ICH GCP, and proven experience in site selection, activation and monitoring (remote and onsite); proficiency with CTMS/eTMF and data query management; strong communication and problem solving; willingness to travel and fluent business English.
