Shared Health is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse for the Renal CRN team at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. This 0.60 FTE, in-person role covers day, evening and weekend shifts, 12-hour shifts, with ASAP start. You will provide clinical leadership to nephrology nurses, coordinate patient care and promote an interdisciplinary, patient-centered approach based on best practice. Requirements include RN with BN preferred or LPN with MNNC, current CRNM or CLPNM in good standing, and at least three years of recent nephrology nursing plus leadership experience; CNCC preferred. The CRN assumes a leadership role in coordinating patient care within the healthcare tam to ensure quality patient care outcomes, and promote an interdisciplinary patient centered approach to care based on best practice.
