We're looking for a CLO Operations Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the operational management of leveraged loans and Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs). This position offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of syndicated loan and CLO transactions, ensuring accurate execution, settlement, servicing, reconciliation and reporting activities across a range of investment structures.

 

Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Finance and external service providers, you'll help maintain a robust control environment while overseeing critical operational processes. The role requires strong analytical and technical capabilities, a solid understanding of loan market conventions and CLO structures, and the ability to manage relationships with outsourced operational partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

About the role

 

  • Oversight of Leveraged Loan Closing and Settlement process
  • Assist in designing scalable operating models and control frameworks.
  • Support operational readiness activities for new products and mandates.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and process improvement.
  • Maintain operational procedures and control documentation.

 

 

About you

 

  • Undergraduate degree, ideally in Finance, Business/Economics or Mathematics.
  • Experience within Loan Operations and Processing within Asset Management or relevant Industry experience.
  • Order Management System, ideally Sentry, Allvue or industry equivalent
  • Familiar with Clearpar, WSO, Datarooms
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets, Instruments and Products.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office with VBA knowledge in Excel desirable
  • CFA, IMC or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
