As the Club Millésime Supervisor, you will be a key ambassador of Sofitel’s Passion for Excellence, delivering personalised luxury service with flair, professionalism, and a genuine “can-do” attitude that embodies the art of French hospitality.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Lead by example in providing attentive, refined, and personalised service, ensuring guests’ needs are anticipated and responded to promptly in line with Sofitel Luxury service standards.
Operational & Service Leadership
Oversee the daily presentation and delivery of Food & Beverage within Club Millésime, maintaining the highest luxury standards while continually introducing new concepts and service enhancements.
Collaboration & Communication
Foster strong working relationships across all hotel departments, attending briefings and meetings to ensure seamless communication that supports both guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
Financial & Administrative Support
Support the Club Millésime Manager with budgeting, stock control, payroll, P&L, forecasting, roster creation, and departmental reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and commercial awareness.
Team Development & Guest Feedback
Assist with training and development of the team, while managing guest feedback platforms such as TripAdvisor, Trust You, Medallia, and comment cards to continuously enhance the guest experience.
