Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a full-time onsite Engagement Coordinator for the Clubhouse culinary unit in Burlington. You will promote hope and autonomy through person-centered services, facilitate structured group work, run recovery-focused workshops, and support cooking, menu planning, shopping, and transportation coordination. You’ll handle required documentation and help members connect to community resources. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, experience in a residential setting with adults experiencing severe mental illness, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. Grounded in the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery, the clubhouse operates as a member-driven program where individuals actively participate in all aspects of service delivery and are empowered to shape, evaluate, and improve program operations according to their needs and preferences.
