Corporate Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute cluster corporate sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Identify key corporate segments and growth opportunities within Dubai and GCC markets
• Establish sales plans, account strategies, and revenue targets
• Provide market insights and recommendations to the Cluster Commercial Director
• Support overall commercial strategy through strong corporate business development
Corporate Account Management
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts
• Develop long-term partnerships with multinational companies, local businesses, and government organizations
• Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and account performance evaluations
• Identify opportunities to increase production and strengthen client loyalty
• Ensure exceptional relationship management throughout the corporate journey
New Business Development
• Prospect and secure new corporate accounts through proactive sales activities
• Generate leads through networking, market intelligence, and industry connections
• Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client engagements
• Negotiate corporate agreements and partnership opportunities
• Drive conversion of new business opportunities into measurable revenue results
Revenue & Commercial Performance
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize business opportunities
• Monitor corporate production, market trends, and competitor activity
• Support pricing strategies and corporate rate negotiations
• Track sales performance against targets and KPIs
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
Pre-Opening Corporate Sales Leadership (Kimpton Sevn Dubai)
• Support corporate market positioning ahead of opening
• Develop pre-opening corporate account strategies and sales pipelines
• Build awareness and relationships with target business segments
• Support launch activities, corporate events, and market introductions
• Establish Kimpton Sevn Dubai as a strong new lifestyle hospitality choice in Dubai
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Revenue, Marketing, Rooms Division, Reservations, and Operations teams
• Ensure commercial strategies align with guest experience and operational capabilities
• Support corporate client requirements through seamless internal coordination
• Represent Corporate Sales in commercial meetings and business discussions
Support to Cluster Commercial Director
• Provide market intelligence, sales insights, and strategic recommendations
• Support achievement of cluster commercial objectives
• Assist in developing business plans and sales initiatives
• Ensure sales strategies are effectively executed across both properties

Education

• 5–8 years of progressive corporate sales experience within luxury or upscale hotels
• Proven track record in corporate account acquisition and revenue generation
• Strong experience managing corporate contracts and partnerships
• Dubai/GCC hospitality market experience preferred
• Pre-opening experience advantageous
• Strong understanding of corporate travel, extended stay, and business segments
