Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple properties. Should be adaptable, innovative, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities for the cluster.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth across multiple properties within the assigned cluster
  • Oversee and coordinate sales and marketing efforts for all properties in the cluster, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and individual property goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with property General Managers and corporate leadership to set and achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
  • Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities across the cluster, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels
  • Coordinate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing and inventory strategies across all properties
  • Represent the cluster at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials and sales processes
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations, finance, and guest services to enhance overall guest experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in hospitality sales and marketing
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on cluster performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
  • Experience working with luxury or upscale hotel brands
  • Multilingual capabilities, with fluency in English and one or more additional languages
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media management
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives in the hospitality industry
