TFE Hotels is seeking a Cluster Duty Manager for Queensland, based at Adina Hotel Brisbane, full-time and onsite. You’ll be a people magnet who can lead with empathy, turn ordinary moments into memorable experiences, and keep Front and Back of House humming across the portfolio. You’ll excel at understanding guest needs, from staging a TED Talk level welcome to locating a lost teddy, while coaching a motivated team and maintaining operational detail. In your application, spotlight hospitality leadership across multiple properties, provide concrete guest-satisfaction and staff-development results, and share crisis or service-recovery stories.
