Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Marcom Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies across multiple countries in the region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for the assigned cluster of countries
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Manage brand positioning and consistency across various markets and channels
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content across digital and traditional platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing communications
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Marketing preferred
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-country marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of marketing professionals
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
- In-depth understanding of regional market trends and cultural nuances in the Middle East
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster of countries
