You will support the commercial journey across both properties by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating meaningful connections with corporate clients, partners, and market stakeholders.

Be the Connection Between Our Brands and Our Clients

You will support sales initiatives across both properties while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Rooms Division, and Operations teams.

From client communication and sales calls to account follow-ups and market research, you will help create opportunities that drive business growth and strengthen our commercial presence.

Reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director, the Cluster Sales Executive will support sales strategies and business development activities across InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

Your Day-to-Day

No two days are the same; your responsibilities will include a range of commercial and relationship-building activities, including but not limited to:

Sales Support & Business Development

• Support execution of cluster sales strategies and commercial initiatives
• Assist with identifying new business opportunities and potential accounts
• Conduct sales calls, client follow-ups, and business development activities
• Support sales presentations, client meetings, and property visits
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Support account management activities and client communication
• Assist in understanding client needs and delivering suitable hospitality solutions
• Follow up on business opportunities and client requests

Market Intelligence & Revenue Support

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
• Support preparation of sales reports and performance updates
• Provide feedback and insights to support commercial decisions
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives

Pre-Opening Sales Support (Kimpton Sevn Dubai)

• Support pre-opening sales activities and market awareness initiatives
• Assist in developing new client relationships ahead of opening
• Support corporate visits, events, and sales introductions
• Help establish Kimpton Sevn Dubai within Dubai’s competitive hospitality market

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, Rooms Division, and Operations teams
• Ensure client requirements are communicated effectively
• Support seamless coordination between commercial and operational teams
• Represent Sales with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We Need From You

Ideally, you bring some (or all) of the following qualifications and experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience

• 1–3 years of sales experience within hospitality, travel, or related industries preferred
• Experience supporting corporate sales or account management activities
• Strong understanding of customer service and relationship management
• Dubai/GCC hospitality experience is advantageous
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
