Accor is looking for a Cluster Sales Executive in Dubai to identify new opportunities and drive revenue across corporate, agency, sports and entertainment segments. You will manage a portfolio of existing and new accounts, proactively prospect, build client relationships, tailor proposals and pricing, and lead site inspections, events and post‑event follow up to secure repeat business. The ideal candidate has at least two years in corporate hotel sales, excellent communication and organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment; fluency in English is essential, other languages a plus. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to Corporates in the hotel industry
Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Fluent in English - spoken & written.
