Bayada Pediatrics is seeking CNAs to care for pediatric clients in the Tioga County area, starting per diem with potential for full or part-time hours based on availability in Mansfield, ENG. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, near-home opportunities, a supportive team, scholarships, PTO, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. Requirements include at least one year of general work experience, a 75-hour CNA training certificate, and an active Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing. Duties cover activities of daily living, mobility, bathing, feeding, vital signs, light housekeeping, and home management.  Qualifications for CNAs:

  • Minimum one year general work experience
  • Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training  
  • Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board of Pennsylvania

 Job Responsibilities for CNA:

  • Activities of daily living
  • Light housekeeping
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
  • Nail care
  • Range of motion / exercises
  • Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
  • Oral feeding
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
  • Assisting with ambulation
