We are looking for a Customer Portfolio Analyst is responsible for analysing delinquent accounts, developing effective collection strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Description
- Interact with Customers to procure market information & provide feedback to business.
- Ensure that customers conform to the repayment plan & the bank norms in complete.
- Always comply with the Staff Code of Conduct to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers both internal and external.
- Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes to improve process and service levels.
- Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues and escalate them as appropriate.
- Identify and act on ways to improve own knowledge and skills and consequently improve the knowledge and skills level of the department.
- Provide support to other team members as required to assist in the smooth operation of the department.
- Maintain awareness of the department’s Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma (UAE National or related field)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using collections software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
