The ideal candidate blends deep tech knowledge IP, data privacy and cybersecurity with strong skills in commercial strategy, contract lifecycle management and risk governance to maximise value and minimise exposure. You will oversee drafting, negotiation and execution of contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor performance, and mentor a high performing team while collaborating with firm leaders and engagement teams. In your application, quantify impact with measurable revenue, profitability and risk reduction results, demonstrate proficiency with contract management tools and cloud or AI platforms, and show senior IT procurement or leadership experience and a collaborative leadership style suited to our Perth onsite role.
