While accuracy and structure are critical, your real impact comes from supporting deal closures , keeping momentum, and ensuring contracts move from draft to signature without friction or delay .

You are expected to understand how contracts fit into the sales and investment cycle and to operate with a deal-completion mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, prepare, and issue commercial and investment contracts accurately and on time
  • Track and manage the full contract flow:
  • Approvals
  • Signatures
  • Payments
  • Final execution
  • Act as a coordination point between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Clients
  • Ensure all contractual steps are completed with zero errors and no delays
  • Maintain structured digital and physical contract records
  • Follow up proactively with all parties to keep deals moving forward
  • Support senior team members during negotiations by ensuring clean, ready-to-sign documentation

Requirements
