Your mission: 

       1. Support the execution of commercial campaigns

• Support the rollout of key commercial initiatives: help deploy and monitor online commercial offers and campaigns
• Ensure everything is correctly set up and consistent across platforms
• Coordinate with various teams to make sure campaigns are delivered on time
• Manage and update key inputs such as participating hotels or campaign details
• Support the preparation of content and required materials
• Follow up on ongoing tasks and help keep projects on track
  
  2. Support broader commercial & e-commerce initiatives
• Contribute to transversal topics beyond campaigns, including:
  • Rate parity monitoring: support tracking of performance data and consolidate inputs/requests from Business Units
  • ALL e-commerce value initiatives: support ongoing streams aimed at making ALL.com a more performance-driven, e-commerce-focused platform
• Help follow ongoing initiatives by:
  • tracking progress across different workstreams
  • supporting ad hoc analyses
  • consolidating inputs from various teams

• 3. Monitor performance

• Track key performance indicators during campaigns
• Help consolidate data and contribute to performance reporting
• Flag potential issues or inconsistencies
   

• 4. Maintain and organize key information

• Help keep track of all ongoing offers and initiatives
• Ensure project information is up to date and consistent across teams
• Support reporting and contribute to internal documents and presentations
   

• 5. Contribute to market insights

• Conduct benchmarks on competitors and e-commerce best practices
• Identify ideas and opportunities to improve our offers and performance
   

• 6. Team support

  In addition to your role on commercial topics, you will also support team organization:

• Assist in preparing key meetings and materials for management (planning, agendas, logistics)
• Help build and format presentations
• Support agenda follow-up and team coordination
• Summarize key outcomes and action points
• Ensure proper follow-up on discussions and decisions
