Job Description
- Define and execute the regional commercial strategy of Middle East & Africa
in line with Bosch’s mission and vision. - Lead the dynamic leadership team, setting strategy and performing commercial planning for the MEA region.
- Set financial targets, take ownership of the regional P&L, manage budgets, and ensure effective execution of commercial operations.
- Lead diverse cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Treasury, Controlling, Logistics, Customer Relations, etc.).
- Act as the regional commercial representative with partners, distributors, suppliers and customers.
- Monitor financial performance and report to higher management, serving as a strategic business agent.
- Ensure compliance with regional legal requirements and coordinate audits.
- Create a new direct-sales business model in selected markets and develop related logistics and warehousing processes.
- Focus on growth in key markets (i.e. KSA, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Nigeria & Libya) by developing tailored strategies.
- Improve commercial transaction processes with distributors and factories for efficiency and customer-friendliness, including IT, logistics, and order processing systems.
- Coordinate shared services (HR, IT, Legal, Warehousing, Logistics) provided by the Regional Bosch HQ (RBMI).
- Integrate reporting and planning processes into Bosch corporate systems following acquisition.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in the Middle East job market, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven leadership skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams, in an intercultural setting
- Excellent analytical competencies together and presentation skills. International networking &
intercultural abilities - Strong competencies in strategic planning, decision-making, and change management.
- Proven track record in scaling operations and leading transformations (e.g. logistics, supply chain, commercial processes).
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of finance and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, SAC);
combined with digital affinity and experienced in data driven sales steering - Ability to manage IT, logistics, and operational processes.
- Availability for regional travel.
