Scope:

Join our dynamic Brand Marketing team as a Commercial Process Analyst and become the driving force behind our commercial success! You'll be a critical partner for Marketing by ensuring seamless process execution, providing invaluable support throughout the commercial process, and constantly seeking ways to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.

As a key player in our Project & Process Management (PPM) Team, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team as well as various other departments including Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Packaging and Supply Chain, to bring our vision to life and elevate our commercial excellence to new heights. Responsibilities: 

Commercial Process Support:

The Commercial Process Analyst will own and/or support many commercial processes in areas such as the following (but not limited to).  Exact responsibilities will be assigned based on PPM team needs.

  • Lead SKU initiation, approval tracking and discontinuation process, proactively promoting 'Right the First Time' routing and acting as an effective gatekeeper

  • Lead monthly new item coding submission process (Nielsen & Circana)

  • Lead weekly coordination of Legal Tracker agenda

  • Execute product sample orders for the Oral Care brand team

  • As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), provide guidance to newer brand team members, coordinate trouble-shooting, proactively share learnings and take initiative in identifying opportunities to drive team efficiencies and growth

  • Understand additional key commercial processes and backup other PPM team members as needed

Continuous Improvement:

As a dedicated PPM team member, it is important to drive continuous improvement and find ways for individuals and teams to work more effectively and efficiently.  With a holistic viewpoint, the Commercial Process Analyst is encouraged to proactively identify and lead continuous improvement efforts as well as support improvement efforts identified by the Marketing team to drive transformative change.

 

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Business or Supply Chain preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in process management or a related analytical role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate proficiency and demonstrated competence in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Understanding of or exposure to enterprise systems including SAP

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with clarity and build strong relationships with partners across the business (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience leading an analysis and effectively communicating the results to stakeholders.

  • Experience working within fast-paced, multi-functional teams, with exposure to commercial processes


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $70,000.00 - $96,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
