Minor Hotels’ Oaks Melbourne on Market is seeking a passionate Commis Chef for a part-time role, with breakfast and dinner shifts and a minimum of 20 hours per week, with hourly rates from 28.12 to 42.18 excluding super. You will support prep and plating across sections, help keep the kitchen clean and compliant with HACCP and OH&S, and coach junior team members while developing in a fast paced kitchen. Relevant Cert III in Cookery and experience in Modern Australian cuisine are key, as is the ability to work under pressure and across weekend shifts.
