Marriott International is seeking a Commis de cuisine for a long term role starting in April 2026 at W Verbier in Switzerland. You will represent the W lifestyle in a kitchen that services Brasserie 1519, W Living Room, In room Dining, Breakfast and Banqueting. Core duties include setting up station with mise en place, maintaining sanitation and safety, and delivering consistent quality for guests. The ideal candidate has prior 5-star hotel experience, is highly motivated, detail oriented, and passionately curious about taste, sound, body, scene and stance, with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences. AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

As a Commis de cuisine, you will rock the kitchen scene and prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets and banquet functions.
Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.
We have one main kitchen for all our venues : Brasserie 1519, W Living Room, In room Dining, Breakfast, Banqueting.
 

PROFILE
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel.
You should be highly motivated.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

Position to be filled from April 2026 for long term
