Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Support senior chefs in menu preparation and execution
- Handle food items, ingredients, and kitchen equipment with care and efficiency
- Participate in kitchen inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary innovations
- Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation for all dishes leaving the kitchen
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
