ENGIE is seeking a Commissioning Engineer Sr Advisor to lead start-up, commissioning, testing, and handover for Battery Energy Storage System projects within a BroadView cross functional team, with siting options in Houston, Denver, Chicago, or the Bay Area and reporting to the Commissioning Director. You will coordinate EPCs, equipment vendors, and engineers to deliver safe, efficient commissioning while ensuring compliance with permits and ISO/TSP requirements. The role requires 10+ years in solar, microgrids, or renewables, plus strong BESS commissioning experience and proficiency with SCADA EMS, Procore, ArcGIS, and SAP. Compensation
Salary Range: $135,000 – $206,885 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
