This is not your typical payroll role.
You'll sit at the centre of payroll, commissions, data analytics, and system optimisation, helping ensure our remuneration programs are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business performance.
As our Payroll & Commissions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of payroll, incentive, and commission calculations across the business.
You'll work closely with the Head of Remuneration, Finance, IT, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to analyse complex datasets, maintain commission models, support payroll operations, and drive continuous improvement across remuneration systems and processes.

Extract, analyse, and translate operational data into accurate incentive and commission calculations.
Design, build, and maintain commission model calculations, ensuring ongoing accuracy and relevance.
Support the continuous improvement of commission models in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with IT, business analysts, and developers to update, transition, and maintain the existing commission system.
Support the Head of Remuneration in maintaining accurate and up-to-date database records.
Leverage ERP and database systems to support reporting, calculations, and process improvement.
Support the Head of Remuneration with weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll processing requirements.
Perform payroll reconciliations and provide support to the accounting team as required.
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation, including wages and payroll tax obligations.
