Minor Hotels is expanding its Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa housekeeping team with casual Common Area Cleaner roles. You’ll clean and maintain shared guest areas to high standards, collaborate with colleagues to hit daily targets, and follow safety and environmental protocols, with full training provided. Shifts run on a rotating Monday to Sunday roster between 5:30am and 5:30pm, and pay varies by weekday, Saturday, and Sunday rates. The ideal candidate brings resort or hotel experience, superb attention to detail, strong stamina, and clear communication; works well alone or in a team; and can manage time effectively. The Housekeeping department is integral to ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining productivity, and upholding the high standards of cleanliness and presentation set by Minor Hotels. The Common Area Cleaner involves servicing, cleaning, and maintaining shared guest areas throughout the property.
