Complex Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group in Leighton Buzzard is a full‑time, on‑site role paying £13.00 per hour, with day shifts and waking nights. You’ll support the client’s medical and social wellbeing at home, including tracheostomy and ventilator care, catheter care, personal care, meal prep, shopping, light cleaning, and driving the client’s mobility vehicle. A full UK driving licence (minimum two years) is required. No prior complex care experience is necessary, as you’ll receive nurse led training and ongoing clinical support to develop key skills.
