Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Lead to join our Site Quality team in Lachen. In this pivotal role, you will lead and continuously enhance the site’s Quality Compliance and Data Integrity (DI) framework, ensuring full alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and business objectives. You will act as a key driver of inspection readiness, quality system excellence, and compliance culture, working cross-functionally across the site and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead GMP quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive compliance governance and maintain audit readiness
- Monitor trends, identify risks, and implement improvements
- Lead Data Integrity (DI) program and system compliance
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure GxP adherence
- Lead investigations and ensure effective CAPAs
- Drive continuous improvement and site-wide initiatives
- Represent site in global Quality & Compliance forums
- Deliver training and strengthen quality culture
- Collaborate with suppliers on compliance topics
- Act as deputy for the Site Quality Lead
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated industry (cosmetics/pharma preferred)
- Strong experience with GMP regulations and quality systems
- Proven track record in process improvement and compliance enhancements
- Experience in Data Integrity and computerized systems governance
- Strong expertise in CAPA, root cause analysis, and audit readiness
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with SAP, electronic QMS, and training systems preferred
- Knowledge of statistical sampling (AQL/ANSI) is a plus
- Six Sigma certification is an advantage
