Accor is hiring a Conference and Events Sales Executive to drive end-to-end sales across Novotel, Mercure and ibis Darwin Airport Resorts, turning inquiries into memorable events and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, PCOs and planners. You’ll nurture new business, manage existing accounts, tailor proposals, conduct site inspections, and partner with F&B and Operations to ensure flawless delivery, while keeping the pipeline clean in CRM and contributing to forecasting. What matters most: proven conference and events sales experience, exceptional relationship-building, clear communication, commercial sense, ability to juggle multiple inquiries, and full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available). Emphasize results, adaptability to the Darwin market, and alignment with Accor’s Heartist culture.

At our Darwin Airport properties, conferences and events are more than a revenue stream - they're an experience we're proud to deliver. We're looking for someone who understands that great sales come from great relationships, and that a client who leaves impressed is a client who comes back.
You'll manage the end-to-end sales process across our three properties- Novotel, Mercure and ibis. You'll be responsible from the first enquiry through to a seamless handover to our events team. You'll bring new business in, nurture existing accounts, and make sure every client feels genuinely looked after along the way.
